PATH LIGHTING	Lights patios, walkways or garden spaces at ground level. Path lights are typically 18 to 24 inches off the ground.
UPLIGHTING	Cast attractive patterns through the branches and leaves of trees. The fixture is surface-mounted or recessed in the ground and angled up.
GRAZING	Shines up against a wall or existing structure to reveal the texture and highlight the surface of the facade.
DOWN or MOON LIGHTING	Involves lighting areas, objects or plant materials from above. (Moonlight) is created by aiming downlights thru a trees leaves and branches to produce soft subtle shadow patterns on the ground.
